New Jupiter Yacht Club home hits the market

A new listing of a 3 bedroom condominium in the Jupiter Yacht Club just became available with a list price of $1,095,000. The home is located in the Mariner building and is priced $100,000 above the same floor plan two floors below that has been on the market for 190 days with no adjustment to the list price. A previous listing of the property was cancelled after 266 days on the market.

The last sale of a unit with the same square footage in the Mariner was the adjoining unit that closed at $890,000 in March of last year. Median condo prices in the Jupiter area have up about 12.9% over the same period.
